Who is NWBDA?
|
Established in 1982, NWBDA is a Certified Development Company (CDC). We are licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to help administer the SBA's 504 loan program. Our mission is to support business growth, job creation and job retention by providing quality small business loan services in partnership with local lenders and the SBA. NWBDA saves both the business owner and the participating lender time by working directly with the SBA to organize, package, process and close the 504 loan. We are very proud to play a part in the economic growth and stability of our region. We look forward to continuing to provide loans that help businesses grow.

- In the last 2 years we have funded 181 SBA 504 loans for a total project amount of $295,440,503.
- The SBA portion totaled $102,391,000.
- Our average loan was $577,348
- These loans created or retained 1,809 jobs.
- For every $1 lent under the program, $94 is generated in tax revenue for our communities.
