She offers extensive expertise in SBA business loan underwriting—particularly in commercial real estate and equipment financing—paired with prompt, responsive, and customer-focused service that strengthens every business relationship.

Throughout her career, Cathleen has held key roles including Senior Underwriter for State Economic Development, Business Banking Relationship Manager at a national bank, and Business Development Officer for SBA and USDA loan programs. Her well-rounded perspective allows her to navigate complex financing structures and support businesses at every stage of growth.

A native of Western Washington, Cathleen returned to the region after spending more than two decades in Boulder, Colorado. She and her husband enjoy hiking, fostering dogs and cats through the Seattle Animal Shelter, cheering on the Mariners, and traveling to visit their grown children.
