Vice President and Business Development Officer
Fletcher Conn is a Portland, Oregon native and Oregon State University graduate, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. He is a seasoned commercial lending professional and top producer with over 15 years of experience in commercial lending and capital access advisory.
Fletcher began his lending career in 2006 at Tamalpais Community Bank, working in a high-volume SBA lending environment. He returned to Portland in 2010 and went on to serve as a VP Commercial Lender. In 2022, Fletcher founded a capital access consulting firm focused on strengthening local supply chains.
Fletcher is passionate about helping clients secure the capital they need to start, grow, and invest in their businesses. He has helped numerous business owners launch ventures, expand operations, and purchase real estate.
He has volunteered with Meals on Wheels, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oregon, Habitat for Humanity, the Oregon Food Bank, and as a Little League baseball coach. Outside of work, Fletcher enjoys spending time with his wife, Bridgette, and their two dogs, Max and Penny, as well as traveling, surfing, crabbing, playing pickup basketball, golfing, and cheering on the Blazers and Beavers.
