Business Development Manager

Hilary Vineyard brought over 40 years of banking experience to NWBDA when she joined in 2025. She has had the pleasure of serving consumers and small business owners for twenty of those years in retail banks located in New Hampshire, Vermont, Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Since 2003 she has served business owners in Maryland and Oregon as a Business Banking Relationship Manager utilizing both the SBA 7A and 504 programs. Hilary graduated from New Hampshire College, Hooksett N.H. with a B.S. in Economics and Finance. She is a current board member of Junior Achievement of Oregon & SW Washington and is a member of The East Portland Rotary Club.

Hilary is passionate about building strong relationships with lenders across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, collaborating closely with her Business Development team to promote the benefits of SBA 504 financing throughout the Pacific Northwest.
