John Bigovich brings over 20 years of experience in originating commercial real estate, construction, and equipment financing. He leverages proactive communication, multi-sector underwriting expertise, and a consultative approach to build strong relationships and help clients grow their businesses.

A proud “Spokane Valley Boy,” John recently returned home after serving diverse markets across Western Washington, Eastern Montana, and Western North Dakota during the Bakken shale oil boom. Backed by Spokane Valley-based NWBDA and their proven ability to organize, package, and fund SBA 504 loans, John will assist Central and Eastern Washington bankers in identifying and financing more commercial fixed-asset loans for small businesses.

Outside of work, John enjoys reading, golfing, going to the gym, cheering on his WSU Cougars, and spending time with family and friends. An animal lover without pets of his own, he has become the go-to pet sitter for many friends in Spokane Valley.
