Thai Bamboo
Tom and May turned to the SBA 504 program to help finance their 3rd Thai Bamboo restaurant construction project with NWBDA.
EDASC- Grant Recipient
NWBDA is delighted to support Economic Development Alliance of Skagit County (EDASC) as they provide entrepreneurial support and workforce development.
Running Start for Careers – Grant Recipient
Spokane Community College: Running Start for Careers, who provide scholarships for low income students to earn a college trade degree and high school diploma at the same time.
HopeWorks – Grant Recipient
NWBDA is delighted to provide HopeWorks with a grant! They create and operate social enterprise businesses designed to provide paid training programs for low income residents.
Central Oregon Veteran’s Ranch – Grant Recipient
NWBDA’s support will allow Central Oregon Veterans Ranch to increase outreach to veterans and connect them to vocational opportunities.
Teen & Kid Closet – Grant Recipient
NWBDA Grant Recipient – Teen & Kid Closet, who cater to youth in need, providing them with good quality clothing and accessories for free.

The SBA 504 Loan Program has reached its authorized approval cap of $7.5 billion for the fiscal year (through September 30, 2021).
