The Kenmore Team is a real estate company that is owned and operated by Lance and Karen Kenmore and is located in the Tri-Cities, Washington area.

The Kenmore Team was founded in 2006 as a full service real estate brokerage company and specializes in serving buyers, sellers, new construction, relocation, investment properties, short sales, foreclosures and luxury Washington real estate. As lifelong residents of the Tri-Cities and active members of the local community, Lance and Karen, along with the rest of their team, provide first-hand experience and knowledge of the area. When working with clients, the Kenmore Team is able to have exceptional customer service, technology, and produce amazing results.

Before buying property, Lance and Karen had a month-to-month lease for their office building, but they wanted to own their own building and  avoid the risk of being asked to move with only a 30-day notice. So they utilized the SBA 504 Loan Program to buy their land and construct a larger office building for their team. Lisa Vincent and Community First Bank  were able to successfully guide them through the process, giving them the ability to expand and grow their team. Their goal is to create six jobs in the next two years.
